李俊峰先生畢業(yè)于山東礦業(yè)學(xué)院(現(xiàn)山東科技大學(xué))，長(zhǎng)期從事能源經(jīng)濟(jì)和能源環(huán)境理論的研究，先后組織并主持了我國(guó)可再生能源法、國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期能源規(guī)劃的起草工作、參與了國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期科技發(fā)展綱要、能源法草案、國(guó)家應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化方案等重要文件的研究和起草工作。組織過(guò)中國(guó)能源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題研究、中國(guó)低碳發(fā)展宏觀戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題研究等重大國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究課題。李俊峰先生曾擔(dān)任國(guó)家應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化戰(zhàn)略研究和國(guó)際合作中心主任，現(xiàn)為該中心的研究員。他于2017年1月被授予第九屆扎耶德未來(lái)能源終身成就獎(jiǎng)。此外，他還擔(dān)任國(guó)家能源咨詢(xún)委員、國(guó)家高技術(shù)專(zhuān)家委員會(huì)委員、國(guó)家環(huán)保部科技委員會(huì)委員、國(guó)家能源局能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)專(zhuān)家委員會(huì)委員，以及北京市、上海市、山西省人民政府低碳發(fā)展顧問(wèn)，人民大學(xué)和北京大學(xué)兼職教授、博士生導(dǎo)師等。

2011年至2016年，李俊峰先生曾擔(dān)任國(guó)家應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化戰(zhàn)略研究和國(guó)際合作中心主任。1982年至2011年，李俊峰先生曾在國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委能源研究所工作，先后擔(dān)任助理研究員、副研究員和研究員，所長(zhǎng)助理、副所長(zhǎng)和學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)主任等職。主要論著有《中國(guó)低碳能源戰(zhàn)略研究》、《氣候戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題研究》、《生態(tài)文明建設(shè)與能源革命》、《中國(guó)溫室氣體排放控制問(wèn)題研究》、《中國(guó)可再生能源技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)》、《風(fēng)力12在中國(guó)》、《中華人民共和國(guó)可再生能源法解讀》、《中國(guó)光伏發(fā)電技術(shù)市場(chǎng)分析》、《我國(guó)可再生能源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題研究》等。作為主要作者之一，他還參與了IPCC第二次至第四次評(píng)估報(bào)告的編寫(xiě)。

 

LI Junfeng

Former Director General of National Center for Climate Change Strategy and

International Cooperation (NCSC)

Ninth Annual Zayed Future Energy Prize Lifetime Achievement Award Winner

Mr. Li Junfeng is former Director General of National Center for Climate Change Strategy and

International Cooperation and he currently serving as a profressor of NCSC. He wins Ninth

Annual Zayed Future Energy Prize Lifetime Achievement Award in January of the year 2017.

He also is a member of National Energy Advisory Council, a member of Expert-committee of

National High-tech Program, a member of National Environmental Scientific Committee, a

member of Expert-committee of National Energy Administration Energy Internet, etc. And, he

also serves as a consultant of low carbon development for Beijing, Shanghai and Shanxi

Provincial People’s Government. Meanwhile, he is invited to be the professor and doctoral

supervisor by Peking University and Renmin University and other colleges and universities of

China.

From 2011 to 2016, Mr. Li used to serve as the Director General of National Center for Climate

Change Strategy and International Cooperation (NCSC). From 1982 to 2011, Mr. Li has

dedicated his nearly three decades career life worked in Energy Research Institute of National

Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and used to serve as the Deputy Director

General of ERI and the Chair of the Academic Committee of ERI for more than 10 years.

The major publications of his, are National Low Carbon Energy Strategy Study, Climate Issues

in China, Renewable Energy Development Strategy in China, Wind power 12, etc. And he has

been the chief leader author for the development of Chinese Renewable Energy Law and the

IPCC second, third and fourth assessment reports.
