Job Title:                      China Business Development Manager, PureCycle & Organic

                                       Rankine Cycle (ORC) energy generation systems.

Company :                    Pratt & Whitney Power Systems Inc (PWPS),

                                       a division of United Technologies Corporation.

Primary

Responsibilities:           1. Support Pratt & Whitney Power System (PWPS) business

                                          development & execution of a regional growth plan &

                                          activities for the PureCycle & ORC energy systems in

                                          China.

                                      2. Support country manager in the internal business strategy and

                                          proposal approval to achieve PWPS PureCycle & ORC                   

                                          business development growth objectives in China.

                                      3. Manage the process of structuring creative, commercially and

                                          technically sound deals in collaboration with multi-discipline

                                          engineering, commercial, legal, finance & administrative

                                          personnel in response to a customer’s request for proposal,

                                          information or quotation.

                                      4. Create, obtain and furnish local ORC related technical and

                                          business information to the deployed country manager and

                                          PWPS management,

                                      5. Maintain positive relations with customer.  Evaluate 

                                          customer requirements and/or information and recommend

                                          changes to product, services and proposal or overall approach      

                                          to promote  PWPS’s PureCycle & ORC energy systems and

                                          services in China.

                                      6. Provide full compliance with company policy statement on 

                                          contracting with United State Government.

Qualifications

§     5+ years experience in oil & gas, power and energy industries sectors with some sales experience.

§     Good interpersonal skills at multifunctional levels.

§     Ability to motivate and inspire teamwork / cooperation among separate organizations.

§     Strong communication and presentation skills.

§     Fluency in English and Mandarin written and verbal.

§     University degree in the related field.

§     Willingness to travel.

§     Of the highest ethical standards

                                        (IGT) Aftermarket Services

Primary

Responsibilities:           1. Support Pratt & Whitney Power System (PWPS) business

                                          development activities in the Industrial Gas Turbines (IGT)    

                                          aftermarket services in China.

                                      2. Support country manager in the internal business proposal

                                           approval process to achieve PWPS IGT business development

                                           objective in China.

                                      3. Create, obtain and furnish local IGT technical and business 

                                           information to the deployed country manager and PWPS 

                                           management,

                                      4. Maintain positive relations with customer.  Evaluate 

                                          customer requirements and/or information and recommend

                                          changes to product, services and proposal or overall approach      

                                          to promote  PWPS IGT products and services in China.

                                      5. Provide full compliance with company policy statement on 

                                          contracting with United State Government.

Qualifications
